Common Areas In addition to the private areas available for rental, there are open common areas. These spaces vary in form and function throughout the year and have hosted a variety of events. One of these spaces is the Chalmers Design Centre, which is situated on the Ground Floor in the DX. The CDC is a public exhibit space, which is seen by visitors who enter the DX either from Bay Street or from the TD Concourse. The other common area is the Third Floor Exhibit Hall. The Exhibit Hall occupies most of the Third Floor, and is adjacent to the Patty Watt Room. This space is available for bookings concurrently with suitable exhibits.
