The Trading Floor
The Trading Floor is located on the second floor of the Design Exchange and it is the most spacious of our venues. It is ideal for large gatherings such as weddings and gala dinners. The Trading Floor is also a setting well suited to large corporate functions such as annual general meetings, lectures and press conferences.
The Trading Floor retains most of the original architectural elements of the former Toronto Stock Exchange, including eight murals by Charles Comfort. It is a reminder of a bygone era, and invokes a sense of nostalgia in visitors.
The room is equipped with sound and lighting systems and a theatre-style seating arrangement is available.
